"I live a thousand feet from this place, a third of a mile and I hear the parties that go on here. It keeps my teenage daughter from sleeping. I call the police bc it's late and far beyond city ordinances but they have CIOs there all the time anyway."

"I have been living here for about 5 months now, maintenance is great, they are super quick to fix any problem we have. Manager Miriam is so nice and has been very helpful since the first day we moved in. She is very quick to answer any questions we have, or fix any complaints we have. She is very on top of everything that goes on in the apartments and in only five months we have seen so many changes going on in the apartments which we love and appreciate."

"We had bad luck with neighbors here. They were super loud, banging on the shared wall so hard a framed photo fell off and broke. We got cockroaches after they moved out and we are extremely clean people. It was the worst..never got to use the Jacuzzi or pool because they were never open. Our upstairs neighbors pipe burst and flooded our bathroom which took weeks to repair. And homeless people parked their van in our paid parking constantly. I had to call the property manager multiple times because they refused to leave. Gross aparments. Don’t recommend"

"I’m on hour 8 of the upstairs neighbours’ dog barking continuously. We’ve filed several complaints over the past several months because this happens all the time and nothing has been done. It even happened on Christmas Eve, ruining our holiday with headaches. Literally the loudest place I’ve ever lived, between the unchecked dogs, the car alarms, and the police chases. Unleashed dogs are endemic here. They charge at and attack residents. Myself and another woman were trapped in the laundry room after one lunged at and chased us when we were trying to leave one day. Speaking of the laundry room — somehow, constantly out of order. There’s one washer that was set up wrong and has not worked in the entire time I’ve lived here. The other washers and dryers routinely spit out error codes and refuse to work. It doesn’t look very much like the pictures anymore. They spent 2 continuous months this fall cutting down and woodchipping the gorgeous trees. The chainsaws and woodchippers made for a terrible Thanksgiving day. And they just upped the rent in spite of this place actually becoming a worse place to live. Not a good place if you need sleep, or you have to work from home. It’s a shame, because the other residents say it used to be nice."

"We moved here 9 months ago , the property and manager it self had bad reviews but after stopping by and talking to the manager we decided to move in , everything has gone pretty smoothly when ever we have an Issue Eddie (current manager) takes care of of ir as soon as possible, outside areas are always kept clean , have a few laundry rooms . Parking really sucks since you only get one spot per apartment and the the street it's completely packed after 3 pm . However when we moved here a pool and a jacuzzi were advertised to us,honestly one of the main reasons we moved here was because of the jacuzzi and the jacuzzi hasn't been working for over 2 years!!! This is false they don't count with a working Jacuzzi and the pool is constantly being shut down for maintenance. I would love for them to fix this issue ."
