"Dear Shadowridge Apartments, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with my living experience at your complex. The level of neglect and lack of basic maintenance in my apartment has been unacceptable. From the onset, I was greeted with a spider infestation, making my living space feel unsafe and unhygienic. Furthermore, the washer was improperly installed, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The problems didn't end there. The air conditioning unit in my apartment malfunctioned, which significantly impacted my comfort and well-being, especially during the warmer months. This issue, alongside others, reflects a disturbing pattern of disregard for tenant welfare. Moreover, the customer service experience has been utterly disappointing. Responses to my concerns were slow, ineffective, and lacked empathy. This has only amplified my dissatisfaction and solidified my decision to never rent from Shadowridge Apartments again. I anticipate a generic response to this review, expressing regret and inviting me to contact your team. However, given the persistent issues and the lackluster response from your staff, I have no interest in further communication. "Overall a very lovely place to live. I’ve been here about 6 months and the staff has been very kind and helpful. Pet friendly which is a huge plus. My only con is that the walls are EXTREMELY THIN, I can hear one neighbor snoring through my two noise machines on one side of my apartment, and I can hear another neighbor constantly playing music in their apartment behind mine."

Pros - Great location, peaceful, great views Space of the units are larger than most in the area and units are sturdy built well Pool/community center is updated and great for events Renovations are greatly improving look and feel of the community Cons Renovations - noise level but it’s temporary Details in renovation- repainted doors but paint is already coming off and not painted all the way around looks tacky Gym - equipment is old and no air circulation (AC needs to work) Cost - understand increase to units it would be great to offer long time residents the option to update our units Update appliances - offering to update appliances and updating AC units to more energy efficient Thank you to the following staff Fred (office) Adrian (maintenance) Maria (keeps the grounds clean)"

"We submitted application few days ago, paid the fee. And since then nobody got back from us with any information. We left hanging and been telling “we will contact you by the end of the day”. Now nobody is picking up the phone from us. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t apply for this apartments!!!!"

"The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My apartment is well maintained and full of natural light. Very comfortable and beautiful sunset views."
