"One of Community Housing Works properties - managed by ConAm. My family lived here several years and it has been a decent community for the children. The current manager is nice and responds quickly to maintenance requests and the maintenance staff works to keep the property clean. They upgraded the flooring in our units several years ago and provided new lighting. I do wish they would power wash the trash areas more often and offer to power wash porches but overall the property is safe and affordable and a good home for children."
