"I have been here for five years and have never seen one roach. Tony the maintenance supervisor is the best he goes on and beyond his duty to satisfy the tenants. Welcome to encore (our new staff). Keep up the good work. They may be behind in paper work. But believe me it’s not their fault. The grounds are kept nice and clean and it’s a quiet place to stay. I have never seen the office dirty. Love my apt"

"When it comes to maintenance Tony is the guy. He is kind professional and he cares about the task at hand. Get this, he does it right, the first time! You don’t have to worry about things breaking again. I appreciate these qualities now a days because these qualities come short across the board."
"I came to view the apartments about a month ago and it does NOT look like the pictures online at all. The office was very dirty. It was an early appointment so the traffic going in and out of the office didn't match with how dirty everything was. There was trash stuffed in the waiting area couches and lots of little debris on the floor. There was trash on the ground outside as well. Personally, if that's how they have the "face" of the complex I can only imagine the actual apartments. Which ended up being the situation. The apartment was caked with paint. The cabinets were in bad condition. Lots of dents. It looked very run down. The young lady who showed us the apartment was very nice though."
"Johnathan and Bryon did an outstanding job. Fast ,efficient and effective.Came prepared and Identified the problem, knew the source and exactly what needed to be done. Great communication skills with me and each other. Thank you for sending workers that actually know what their doing this time around."
