"I really wanted to give no star's. The onsite manager don't know what she doing the apartments are full of roaches. They don't come fix anything. I just moved out May 31,2017 because it was so infested. And then brief the contract and they don't want to give you your deposit back. So to anyone trying to move in here I advise you do not move it here.It is not a good place to live especially if you have children there is nowhere for the children to play at all. They have Strays walking in off the street as you can see I put a picture up of the woman. I also put a picture up of the notice that they put on the laundry door to let you know that they're really not paying the gas cause it shouldn't be no note where tenants can see the gas is due to be turned off. It's a lot more but I don't have time to post everything. But if you would like pictures of anything I have pictures of the trash can always being nasty. The mailboxes stay broke the keys never work. I also had to make police reports for people coming to steal my children's things. Is just an all-around bad place to live and then they want 1195 for rent it's not worth it at all. So my best bet is to not move here."

"We are the current property managers of this complex. We have made many upgrades and updates. Security gate is operational, new laundry room facility with new machines, new landscaping and overall cleaning up of the complex"

"I know for a fact that they erase any bad reviews against this place because my sister had given a review a while back and now it's since been deleted. It seems they keep the ones to their convenience. These by far are one of the worst apartment complexes I've lived at. Three years ago it was ran by a different manager and she had no care in the world for the people living here. We got tired of asking them for maintenance work to be done because they never showed up to do it. She eventually left and I believe a new company bought the property out and we hoped to see new and better changes and nothing has changed since. The company is so persistant for their renters to pay the rent but yet when the renters ask for any assistance from their part they do nothing about it. We have asked for a new carpet, for them to bring in someone to clean up the apartments since they are infested with roaches and the restrooms are rotting and they still have not bothered to show and help. It's just gotten to the point to where we will be moving from here and we will be contacting the county to come and see the area in which we live in which is harmful for any child to live under these living conditions. $1000 is a ridiculous amount to pay for an apartment that is slowly rotting away and you're having to eat at the dinner table with roaches running through your plates. Only reason I gave it a one star was because we had to provide a review....."
