"Given the surrounding area, this is a great apartment complex. I lived here for years! Maintenance can be a little slow at times, but for the most part, they get the job done. Facilities are a little tired and old, but they are cleaned regularly. Landscaping is done regularly so the grounds always looks good. Units are small and cozy. Enough for a couple to live in. Kitchens are furnished with a fridge and stove. Parking lots are gated and spaces are assigned. Each unit only has one spot so you have to pay extra for another spot. There's a waiting list for additional parking spots. Guest parking is also assigned so you have to let management know about a week in advance to get your guest an assigned parking space. The property does and will tow violators. Management is good, they listen to requests and process things in a timely manner, sometimes they let the ball drop so you will have to remind them, but they're approachable. Overall this was a very nice and affordable place to live while I was there."
"Idk about this place. Drove by and it looks really nice the apartment looks really nice too. I paid the application fee for me and my gf and I got ghosted. I make 4k and my gf makes $1600 so that shouldn't have been a problem. I called the lady up after 5 days and she said that it takes 2 weeks. No it doesn't; my family was property managers for satellite management company. The few other people that I talked to also said they got ghosted. My advice is to go there in person, do everything in person, and get the manager on duty name and record the time and date."
"This was my first apartment experience and I was so grateful to have the best service from the beginning to end. Management was helpful and welcoming! Moving is was very easy. The apartment complex was very quiet and everyone was extremely friendly. Only reason for leaving is work. Otherwise, I would have loved to stay for much longer! Highly recommend."
"I like to tell you that this is a good place to live. But the fact of the matter is. Carol the manager makes this a hard place to live. I was kinda fortunate that I lived here years. So I was given a 60 day notice to move. No reason why or anything. All I do is work, eat and sleep. And stay to myself. If you're thinking about here. Change your mind. Management is in everyone's business. Well I said my peace. Oh I forgot to say when something needs fixing they charge you for it. And they have a roaches. Please think before come."
"This review is solely about management communication. I received a 30-day notice today. When I called I was told that there was no reason for the notice, Carol just decided not to renew the month to month lease. My rent is paid on time, no disturbance complaints and no damage to the property. She said they have the right to not renew if they choose for no specific reason. I just want to send a warning to potential tenants to beware, when searching for a place to live, you may want to opt for a place that gives some consideration to others. It may be worth it to pay more rent somewhere else than to potentially end up unexpectedly homeless for "no reason". I am currently consulting an attorney and this will be posted on every site that I can find. I am also submitting to CBS2. People need to be made aware of this. Just because you can doesn't mean you should"
