"I visited the complex, seems pleasant enough. Quiet, kids playing, the only two things I did see that was alarming. A car in the front had a broken window, driver's side. Glass everywhere, feel bad for owner. And that it is right off the freeway, meaning the exit is real close, Not everyone is mindful when driving. Other then this, quiet, families, people minding their business. Oh and parking is not ideal, but that happens in most apartment communities"

"Sketchy apartments. My car was keyed and the manager refused to look at the tapes unless a cop was there. She protected the person who did it. Anytime I need something fixed it takes up to a week if not longer. Awful manager and management."

"Office manager is incompetent, was given employment verification sighed buy HR. Plus provide copy of HR’s company cell phone number since everyone is working from home due to Covid 19. When I finally contacted HR and did her job for her, she would not provide information HR needed so she can better assist her with the information she needed about my boyfriend’s income. HR told her how can I help you if you can’t clarify your question, deeming my application inconsistent. Before that my boyfriend and I called her every other day to check on the status of our application, and on one of those phone calls she stated “ I was busy with friends and wasn’t able to start working on my application. Lack of communication and professionalism coming from this lady surprises me that she still has a job."

"They only give you one parking spot even if you have 2 cars. Fire lane wraps around the whole complex, so you are unable to park your car there. Recently there were 2 policemen putting tickets on the cares that were parked on the fire lane. Matinence sucks. If you tell them that something in the apartment isn't working they won't get to fixing it. Also there are many complaints about the air condition not working."
