"We lived at the Hunt Club Apartment for nearly 6 years. The apartments are a delightful community that gives families an affordable start in a spacious apartment. It is the best and most affordable apartment community in Perris. The management is friendly, helpful and fair. If you run into problems paying the rent, if you discuss it ahead of time then they are very understanding and accommodating. We made a wealth of friends and acquaintances that we will have for life because of our time living there. I recommend The Hunt Club to anyone in the area seeking an affordable apartmtent community in the area."

"Great community, minimal interaction with other residents which I appreciate. Travis, the property manager, is great and maintenance is always reliable. We love the open concept which is great for entertaining. I don’t see my family living in any other apartment in Perris or Moreno Valley. Rent may be high, but totally worth it in my eyes. Washer and dryer inside ? Priceless. Plenty of amenities. PS I have never seen a roach as others have been adding to reviews."
