"We had read some pretty negative reviews online so we weren't completely sure about this place, but since then the hotel has changed ownership and is being renovated. Definitely not any luxury motel lol, but it does the job. Also the receptionist is great."

"Customer Service-We traveled from Utah for my niece’s graduation & when you drive far all you want to do is relax & sleep. Amber was so great with accommodating our needs. She was so quick to respond, because of her service we felt comfortable and knew she was going to make sure we were going to be taken care of. That’s why I’m going to give it 5 stars because of her customer service. Room Service & Cleanliness - 1 out of the 4 days we stayed we had our “do not disturb sign” so we understood that we weren’t going to get any room service. The rest of days we stayed, our trashed wasn’t empty so we accumulated trash before we left, toilet paper wasn’t refilled, and we had to call every morning to get new towels.(We did call one morning for towels & it never came)"
