"I stay here often because I’m a trucker and since the remodel, I got no complaints… Rooms always clean and they no longer smell like stale smoke… No more tweeters roaming around the parking lot causing havoc…! Amber, the daytime manager is awesome… Had a situation recently that she handled with such professionalism and honesty, you’d think she owned the place… Thank You Amber, you’re awesome and I hope the higher ups realize they have a great person who represents them to at the highest standard…"

"Literally one of the worst stays I’ve ever had anywhere. Drug addicts stay here, talking through their windows at you in the parking lot, one was screaming and yelling to herself for hours in the very early morning of the emergency stairwell. The room above me was moving furniture ALL night above my room, pacing around the room and repeatedly opening and slamming the door. When I say all night I mean from 9pm to 4 AM ALL NIGHT. Didn’t want to go outside of my room, I checked out and the receptionist condescendingly asked “aw, you sure you don’t want to stay another night?” Comically HORRIBLE, just stay in a normal hotel"

"The room was very clean and up to date, but I believe I got one of the remodeled ones. Speaking of which, because of that the water was such off at 11am both days and wasn't turned on until about 4pm. I was there on business so fortunately I was out of the room early. Front desk people where friendly. However, at night the guests of the hotel were very loud. People screaming in the hallways, noise from other rooms, etc. The walls are very thin. Other than that it was a bad experience."
