"For $1,000 you really do have to desperate to live here. Everything is not updated and they never do inspections. They have alot of laundry rooms which I loved. Yet we use to live in front of the play ground that use to have kids playing til 10pm"

"This place needs new management, I’ve been on the waiting list since 2015 mind you the previous owner said the waiting list was a 6 month to a year process, here we are in 2018 I’ve had different people come up to me an state they did the application and gotten in and here I am still years later waiting on a response. Don’t bother calling this property for ANYTHING THEY WONT PICK UP AN IF SHE DOES SHE RUDE AS EVER! No customer service skills what so ever, at lease pick up your phone An do your job 2018 hopefully I have an apartment or get a call back who knows!"

"I came in today to inquire about availability and when the manager finally did open the door she was extremely rude and disrespectful to say the least! She didn't even acknowledge me, she just spoke to the other woman that was off to the side of me and then when I said hello to her she looked at me with an attitude and I asked her if she were really closed because the sign in the window clearly states that they're open until 4 p.m. and I got there at 3:30. She said that she was closed because she had appointments with people which is fine, but like the saying goes It's not what you do/ say, but how you do it /say it! If there were units available for what I was looking for I wouldn't even consider considering living there having a rude ass manager like her. I don't doubt that this woman avoids getting her ass beat on a regular basis! Someone definitely needs to teach her some customer service skills and remove her from her position!"
