"My family and I are new tenants to the Paseos at Ontario. We toured the property with Mychal Ochoa (one of thee best agents working at the property) early February, loved it so much we applied on the 11th. Mychal was kind enough to show us two different layouts. He was very knowledgeable of the property and the layouts of the units. He also explained the entire process from beginning to end once we put in the application. He was very patient with us ( me lol) when deciding which unit we liked. He was always available when I needed to contact him and if he happened to out of the office, he returned my call and/or text asap. He has the best attitude as well. Always cheerful and smiling. So far, we love it here and can't wait to enjoy the pool amenities in the summer time."
