"We have lived At Avalon Baker Ranch for four years, and we are now moving into our new home, but it is absolutely bittersweet. The property, the staff, and all of Our neighbors were the absolute best. Sandra with maintenance is incredible – not only does she take great care of the property, but is one of the kindest, most loving and helpful people! We will miss her smile!"

"I lived here for three years, the only positive thing about the community is the maintenance people. They got to repairs very quick and had excellent customer service. Apart from that, the rent is very high for being next to section 8 housing in the complex next to Avalon. They use our amenities all the time and brought down the value of the community with the smoking and constant police presence. Another negative factor is the that the jail built is now bigger, and who knows what that could bring, you could hear alarms going off every so often at night. If you have kids I would reconsider. There is no negotiation on rent increases, so it’s either you take the increase-which for me renting a 3 bedroom was almost 500-600 each year, or leave. Which I did eventually. They rent to some sketch people as well, we had a DV incident where swat and a ton of police showed up due to an unstable couple. So move in at your own risk. They need to have lower rent for all these conditions."

"The Avalon maintenance crew are amazing. My heater was not working and I requested service and Peter and Michael came on the same day and fixed the heater on site right away they even had the replacement parts Got it working great. Thanks Peter and Michael and Jose You guys are great people and take care of the complex so well The Avalon apartments are a great place to live because of you. Thanks"

"We moved in a month ago and have had an overall positive experience here. Lesley and Rachel in the leasing office made sure our move-in process was smooth. The community is very well maintained. On our move-in day, we met Sandra (from the maintenance team) who introduced herself, is always friendly, and loves greeting our dog. You can tell she cares about what she does. The maintenance team is quick to resolve issues in our apartment and I appreciate them calling to check in prior to entering. If you are concerned about thin walls, you do not have to worry about that here. We have not heard any noise from our neighbors from the other side of our walls. If there is a unit above you, you will naturally hear some footsteps but it is generally not bad."

"We’ve lived here for a few years now and it has been a very positive experience. The entire complex is well maintained, pleasant and safe. So far our neighbors have been considerate and quiet. Apartment maintenance is also excellent. I’ve had a couple of jobs done recently by Jose Sanchez of the maintenance team; in addition to being very helpful, he is always prompt and very professional."
