"We have been living here for over a year and we just renewed our lease this past February for another year (1 Bed - 1 Bath). We are actually thinking about upgrading in the near future (Fingers crossed) to a 2 Bed - 2 Bath unit within the same community. We really like it here. The Good: -The property is well taken care of, the staff really takes pride in their job. -The manager, Fredrick is very professional, friendly, and helpful. He will try to work with you as much as he can. Very customer service driven. -The maintenance crew, Adam and Angelina are on top of things. The try to accommodate and fix the maintenance calls as fast as possible. They are both very friendly and focus on quality service. -For us, we haven’t really had many issues with our apartment or appliances. I can probably count them with one hand and I would still have fingers to spare. -The have a nice BBQ area for us to use. -The pool and jacuzzi are in good condition. -The gym is small, but is never crowded and it has enough dumbbells, treadmills, and other equipment for us to use. -Management is working on the entrance gate, so that’ll be another layer of security here in the property. -Most of the apartments have been fully renovated, Anti-Slam cabinets, laminated floors, beautiful kitchen and bathroom counter tops, stainless still appliances, carpet in the bedrooms! Now, by no means I am saying that everything is perfect here (but if we are being honest, there is no such thing as the perfect apartment community). The 5 stars are focus on the quality of the apartments, the customer service of the staff, and the overall environment. There are things that are out of the control of the property management! The bad or the neutral: -If you live facing or close the street, like me, every once in a while you’ll hear “race cars” passing by (Even at night). If you live deeper into the community, you most likely won’t hear it. Also, there is nothing to be done here by the office management. -The parking used to get really bad, where you wouldn’t find any parking inside the property. This issue in particular, the management has started to crack down and enforcing the parking rules. It is working so far, there have been very noticeable changes for the past weeks! Management is working on it. -In this property, you can only get ATT for cable and internet. No COX and No Spectrum. If you have a balcony, you can probably get away with a dish, but it needs to be on the floor. ATT signal is ok, not the best, but it is ok, you can work remotely from your home and watch Netflix!"
"I rented from Bellecour in 2019-2020. I unfortunately had to terminate my lease due to loss of employment in 2020 due to the pandemic under the Covid 19 tenant act. Now, 3 years later they are contacting me to pay unpaid rent. They are saying I need to have it in writing that this was done. I have moved out of state and I don't have any documentation any longer. Be careful if any of you had to do this because their shady acts and claims will come back to haunt you. I will be disputing this with my credit agency once this hits and hiring an attorney if need be. Just ridiculous and sad that under new management they're trying to make up things and do illegal acts to get more money. Outside of this, living there wasnt too bad if you didnt mind the constant neighbors fighting at midnight, fireworks being shot off at random times throughout the night, random open fires with drunk tenants in front of their garages at 1 am every night, cars speeding up and down the massive hill connecting all the apartment building and absolutely no parking other than the street parking which entails walking up the large hill to get anywhere on the property. Apartments themselves were fine, the service team was always pleasant to work with and fixed things promptly, Jose, who is no longer there (shocker) was phenomenal. That said, everything else about the complex was a nightmare."
"This place is a joke, unfortunately Im stuck here for another year. On my last lease renewal they refused to offer carpet cleaning because of “covid” even tho they had no problem raising the rent. Despite covid affecting everyones work and hours. I had to pay 250 dollars to get my carpets cleaned and they won’t reimburse me any of it. They have no concern or care for their residents. It’s ridiculous."
"They have a nice apartment but bad neighbor. They said park in non guest parking But most of em guest parking I always ended up parking in front in leasing office and I need to walk up hill. I don’t mind walking uphill on my day off, but after work? no I can’t do that anymore.They always calling me to take my car away from the guest parking spot?! Guys! it’s not just me! is it because the color of my car is so bright? what am I going to do all spot is taken and sometimes that’s the only spot left that near in my apartment. my work is 4am I’m off at 7pm and the leasing office is all the way down, I can’t wait ti leave in this apartment! it’s supposed to be my home but it’s not!"
