I had forgotten to put my parking permit on my car car before I left for a day trip and Assistant Manger, Devin, took the time to contact and email security patrol to ensure that my car didn't get towed. Safe to say, I came back to see my car still there! Nice and quaint neighborhood."

"I've been living at Ridgecrest for two years and have found it a very pleasant place to live. The location is great, tucked inside a nice neighborhood and bordered by some undeveloped natural areas, it has convenient access to Lake Forest's many shops and parks. The apartment buildings and units themselves are quite nice, and the whole property is constantly well maintained by the maintenance staff, who are all quite friendly. The leasing office staff are also very friendly and easy to talk to. Even the mailman is friendly. I plan to stay here for many more years and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in Lake Forest."

"I have lived at Ridgecrest Apartment Homes for just short of 5 years. The only reason I'm moving is because I'm moving out of state. I'm giving 5 stars because in my almost 5 years as a resident, the property management staff have been outstanding. As is the maintenance staff. Maintenance is prompt at repairs and resolving issues, as well as friendly and professional."
