"It is a great luxury apartment to live in. The staff and janitors are friendly and it is within walking distance of the ocean. Shoreline Village is just a few blocks away, and the apartment complex is very close to the boardwalk. I strongly recommend living here."

"Thanks to the former management team we were able to get new pool furnishings. Shout out to Reyauna and Jennifer for their professionalism and I wish Emily and Desiree the best of luck with their future endeavors! Emily and Desiree have made major changes within the 6 months they have taken over the Oceanaire I will say that they have brought some light to our community.Richie is the best he will get the job done! THE PRO: The architectural design of the building is beautiful and bedroom sizes are large (Depending on what floorplan you get) The location is AMAZING! (+3 Stars) THE CON: The building is not what you see on the internet (-1 Star). We have no TV's the lights at the pool does not work. The pool is not heated NOT EVEN FOR THE WINTERTIME. Thanks to Emily the jacuzzi was restored. Residents think the hallways and elevators are our dog park and that just trifling. The firepit does not work there’s a lot that needs to be done. But don’t believe what you see online come see it for yourself. I hope new management will be more assertive to our residents with the cleanliness our community and continue to perfect it. It has potential to be a great building but we need consistency with management."

"The leasing office has been very helpful whenever I have a question regarding my apartment or having an issue resolved. Reyauna is always prompt in emailing me back with my questions answered. I enjoy living here the property is great!"

"Me and my wife was told to apply. We did. We paid the 250 dollar holding deposit. We got approved but with conditions. So we gave what was asked. I gave and employment letter from my church as proof of income. Because I don’t not get paid by a check only by cash. I also gave receipts. We also gave them the Dpss paperwork. Dpss is paying our first and last months rent and security deposits. Also Catholics charties is paying 8 months and we receive money from Dpss. And the management team rejected us specifically Emily. She said it didn’t Matter if we had these third parties paying. We only would have to pay the last two months on a 12 month lease. We ask for corporate number she gave us a number that doesn’t work."

"Moved in 2 weeks ago, and loving everything so far, the apartment is modern and cozy, the location is brilliant, the security and the amenities. Everybody has been so welcoming. The management and the maintenance has been so attentive as well, but special shout out to Reyauna who has been so helpful to our last minute move, even showed us around twice so we can find the right apartment for us, and accommodated all our questions and requests."
