"You’ll never see your deposit back even if you leave the studio shiny as glass, but when you report an issue it takes decades for them to send someone to fix it. You share utilities bill with all the studios so if you’re single you’ll pay almost as much as a family of three because they at the office don’t have a way to know exactly how much electricity or water each studio used, they just billed to their criteria. You pay utilities and a week later you have a new bill, you pay again and a week or two later you get billed again for the same thing. And you send them an email asking why you getting charge twice for the same bill and next thing you know they modify the system so it shows a different name on the bill it changes from electricity to garbage."
