"I think this place here is too little bit too expensive. But for the high class people, I guess it's alright for them but you gotta be careful of all these. These deep motels and hotels lot of people working in our scandalism, though. Try to get your card and I'll try to do when you check out. Don't try to get your car in your car information and take all your money off your car without you knowing it."

"First there is no breakfast! Oh and no hot water either...and the price is not what it says online. We are on the back part of the motel on the third level when we walked to our room there were no hall lights after dark..I did not feel safe. Also there was a good old crack head meet n greet at 830 in the parking lot this morning near guests cars. Front desk manager claimed I "had the wrong ad" when I talked about the $35 difference in price. But it is the only hotel in this city with this name so.... It's a trap to not stay here. If I wasn't so exhausted last night I would have driven away. Room is updated but the carpet seems unclean which is a shame"

"Savae at the front desk is really helpful, polite & informative ! I need a couple of things and he helped me out no problems . The room was spotless when I walked in and had a great smell ! I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Salinas !"

"Arrived, with a reservation, on New Year's Eve to find the place abandoned with a paper sign that said "no vacancy". (only 3 cars in the lot). All phone calls for hours went to a cell phone with a full voicemail box. No way to reach a human either at the property or via the Wyndham website. Complained to Wydham later who, surprise, said they were unable to reach anyone there by phone!"

"I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. #1-HORRIBLE LOCATION. I didn’t even get a chance to see the room. I arrived at 5:00 pm to check in and the doors were locked with a sign that said they would be back between 10-11 pm. I had a reservation, sitting in the parking lot for an hour attempting to call their contact number…no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail. The outside of the hotel looked nice, but it was definitely a bad area and not safe."
