"Super 8 Motel on current street. Baby, whoever goes there. Better watch their credit cards in that motel. Because it was the day I went there being my girlfriend and I practice came out of the bank. Pulled out $500 out of my bank. The next you know I went to that motel and when I went to that motel. There's this guy named Andy at the for a desk.I checked it For 1 day the next day I check. Ed my card and it was all these transactions done on my card. From eBay people's finders and all this other stup. So I wait for 3 days and I went back down there again and it was very nervous and look like you're very nervous that all all saddened so I said that he quit. After I opened up an investigation for my card.Now the best case is over.He's back again.So if anybody goes there and Reese's, please watch your card.Special.Round him he's a crook in a scatalysm"

"We stayed a few nights because it was cozy. There's breakfast available but it could be better. One night we had to wait outside office for about half an hour for the desk clerk to show up. Otherwise everything was fine."

"We were in Salinas for a business meeting and had pre-reserved a room through Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was walking through the hotel grounds. Since there is no sign that directly stated which was the hotels parking and the restaurants parking we parked at any spot. The front desk lady saw us park there and did not say anything. When we got to the Lobby we saw her and asked her regarding the parking without a greeting and with an attitude she said that she didn’t know she only knew that the cement separated the hotel and restaurant parking which made no sense because the whole parking is cement. She asks us if we are going to check in and we said yes. We proceed to walk into the lobby. She sat down at her desk and didn’t even say hello or greet us or tell us to wait. We stood there in silence for a while. We let her know we have a reservation and she spits out “okay you have to wait” in an extremely rude manner. We ask her why she does not have good customer service skills and she proceeds to say “I didn’t know I had to have good customer services skills” that is so unreasonable in order to work at a hotel you have to at least have good customer services skills to at least greet the customer and not have an attitude. She proceeds to argue with us and disrespect us thinking she was in the right for having an attitude. We ask her about her manager and she says that the manager is not there and that she does not know his schedule. She also did not know regarding the owners so we could not speak to anyone of high authority. She also said that there was no direct phone number to call the manager or owners. So apparently she is the one who runs the place there. We asked for a refund on our reservation and she said that we didn’t pay or book anything without even having our information. We felt very unsafe and feared for a safety because she was speaking in a rude manner and she was even calling security. We felt forced to leave because she called security and she had a enormous attitude. Fortunately, Expedia was able to refund us and fix our issue. Please select employees that are nice and treat every customer with kindness and respect. There are plenty of other hotels customers could choose from in that location. We were very happy that we were finally going to get some rest after being awake since 3am to come to Salinas but we were left disappointed by the front desk lady. Thank you."

"The rooms were clean, the front desk service person was very nice and friendly. I even saw her walking the grounds of the hotel a couple of times during my stay. Beds were comfortable and bed dressing changed daily. The Mexican restaurant (Los Altos) next to the hotel is outstanding. Big portions with a great price and super tasty food. Definitely a must."
