"Customer Service sucks. Lady at the front desk rudely greeted us with, “that’s why we have the sign outside.” Attitude needs to be checked. We’ve read the sign, we wanted to kindly ask the direction as we are new to the area. We’re very disappointed."
"Overpriced for the quality of the hotel facilities. The room was dated and smelled musty. There was no lobby nor a business center. The exercise room is very cold and had limited hours of access. The breakfast had minimal choices and mostly unhealthy fare. Will not return! Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!"
"Older hotel. Needs some detailing, What it lacks due to age it makes up for in service. We were warmly welcomed and the staff met our every need with a professional attitude not seen in some hotels in this chain. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip."
"Front desk employees were kind of strange. No jokes, no smile, didn't care about you and they made me feel I was bugging them. The room surprisingly enough was in good shape and clean! The window screen had holes so, not much functionality there. Overall, recommended."
