"Over the past year of residing at the complex, a high turnover of staff in the office has been observed. Unfortunately, the frequent change in personnel has resulted in an overall lack of a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The current team does not greet residents, and their demeanor comes across as unfriendly, hostile, and negative. The AC units and dishwashers are old, break often, outdated, and make too much noise. There are issues with hot water throughout the year due to the age of the properties. The pool and spa lights are NEVER on in the evenings and it's pitch black after 5 pm in the colder seasons. There is a HUGE lack of communication. The cars get stickered for towing within 2 hours without any prior warning. Despite having phone numbers and car models in the system, the office doesn't call or try to reach out, which causes inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, the office sends out remaining balance notifications without sufficient information or with the wrong information explaining the charges. This lack of clarity has made it challenging to address and resolve these matters promptly. Although there is an availability of parking spots with charging stations, there have been instances where residents were confronted by office staff when attempting to charge their cars during daylight hours. This was followed by staff deliberately parking their golf carts or cars in those designated spots, creating further inconvenience. The mail couriers have 2 designated spaces for packages and yet they leave them openly in the rooms, which then are getting stolen (no lock in one of the rooms). It’s been an ongoing issue for many years (see attached photos). The overall email etiquette from the office has been unwelcoming, and there is MUCH room for improvement in the customer service provided. A positive living environment would be HIGHLY valued and a friendly and customer-oriented approach is CRUCIAL for the satisfaction of residents. A welcoming, professional, and more customer-oriented environment would contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction. PROPER TRAINING of staff is NECESSARY!"

"Its a quite nice neighborhood walking distance to the downtown and the train stations. Although its near an elementary school you can barely hear the noise of the kids during break as the isolation of the windows are good enough. The phone/Internet service are great too in our unit. During storms it does blackout but the most recent one didn't last more than 7 hours while other areas took more than a day. The management are helpful but if you are calling it might take a while to get a hold of the leasing office. The maintenance is really quick and they would help you within a day and also the work orders are submitted through an app so its very handy and easy. The only down part was when we moved in to our unit, it didn't seem like it was well cleaned or maintained. There was hair in the washer and mold that I had to deeply clean my self. The oven had some powder in it smeared everywhere. The dish washer had black moldy residues around the seals. There was a leak in the both bathrooms. However, most of these issues has been submitted and solved by the maintenance guys with the first week. The oven light wasn't working and I have asked the management to replace the light but my husband eventually changed it. My husbands bike light and reflector was stolen at the bike rack so be carful of your belongings. Other than that we like our stay."
"We liked the unit #2621 on the top floor. However it had an issue with the paint. After addressing it to Angel Garduque, we waited for 2 days and had no response. The paint on the corner where the ceiling meets the wall was chipping, and we patiently waited for 2 days for it to be addressed, but it seems like nobody in the office is concerned about the well-being of future or current residents. It appears that your expertise lies solely in extracting payments without regard for customer concerns. Unprofessional customer service and rude “leasing professionals”."
