"Regional manager, Sarah Cox, threatened to evict me for "removing property" (sick turtles). This is not a beautiful lagoon, it's a sad huge pond with tons of dying fish and sad turtles. I have been donating time and money to help our pond and I am baffled by the response of management. My neighbors are signing my petition to allow me to help the turtles and fish."

"We live in Park Orchard for over 1 year. Previously, every thing is good. But after we left, things become terrible. Our lease finished on March 1, 2022. Today is August 12, 2022. Nobody take care of our deposit refund. We went back 2 times in-person and sent multiple emails, but not even one person really take care of our deposit. I have to say, management is going to a negative side. And we are contacting department of house to start the claim."

"I lived at Park Orchard Apartments for approximately seven years and finally moved out this year April 2022. Initially we had no issues and really enjoyed the peaceful environment and work orders were also taken care of quickly but beginning 2019, we started having an ongoing issue with yellow/brownish water. We tried with great effort to resolve this contaminated water issue in our apartment with no resolution from Park Orchard Management. Because of this, I stopped using the water to cook not knowing if the water was safe to consume and not knowing if it posed a health risk. We were very patient regarding this situation and never understood why Felson Company stopped communicating with us when initially they were trying to resolve the water issue. We were never late on our rent payments, abided by all rental agreement rules and regulations and yet this issue which began in 2019 was never resolved and when we gave notice, Park Orchard Apartment Management didn't even take this into consideration when we broke our lease."

"Had a viewing scheduled at 11:00am for this complex. We tend to arrive early and got there about 10:45am. There was a note on the leasing office door saying the would be back in the office at 9:50am. Ok, maybe the wrote the wrong time or is just an old note. Nobody in the office but we are early so no big deal. Waited in the cold until 11:20am called several times, couldn't get anyone, nobody ever went into the office. I have never lived here but if this is representative of how they do business, then I really don't want too. Update: Looked up the leasing company that runs the property, called them, left a message, asked that they call me back... Month later still nothing. If that is how they treat someone who they are trying to get to sign a lease, I hate to think how they treat people who are locked into one."
