"I'll give you 3 reasons why not to live here: 1. No security. Entrance doors are unlocked from 7am to 10pm. Just push the door and you are in. The intercom is just a decoration. Of course this means that your packages will get stolen all the time. 2. If they cause damages to your property, you are on your own. I had my car damaged due to a leak in their (very old) pipes. They claim they are not liable and despite initially offering reimbursement they ended up saying they won't pay anything at all once the invoice was sent. 3. Any noise your neighbour makes you will be able to hear. Snoring neighbour? You will definitely be able to tell on your first night as nothing here is sound-proof. Do yourself a favour and look for something else if you can afford it."
"I've lived here for 8 months now and my experience has been great. The maintenance team has been wonderful and have been very responsive to any concerns I have. Special shoutout to Jessica Alvarez who guided me through a week long repair activity in my unit. Her proactive communication and updates helped me schedule my week better and eased my mind about any issues that popped up during the fix. She did a wonderful job explaining the process and kept me in the loop about what they were going to do."
