"I've lived here for almost 10 years and the experience has always been a comfortable place to live. Said currently as the landlord is a super wonderful person and so friendly! Alberto I've seen for years is maintenance and always makes it a point to say hello to you, such a wonderful guy! The maintenance team are always there to fix whatever you need right away. Eduardo was able to help with my bathtub drain back October 25th this year. He observed the issue, went out to get the part and done the job super fast! I just had Marcos here on the 27th and the 28th to fix several panels and he was fast upon the request and the job. I know they get a lot of requests near the holidays but they make the effort to help when called to action. I love this place, both me and my husband. They make it a safe and functional home. Thank you!!"

"I grew up on E19th half block away in the 50s and 60s. Before apt was Bella Vista Elementary School that I went to, they condemned it as it was brick due to earthquake Hazzard. It USED to be safe, could walk downtown when busses were on strike around Lake Merritt. So very sad that numerous times has been number 1 in US for crime. "The owners fail the residents. Constantly broken laundry machines and multiple break ins to mail room. Management and maintenance staff are great but owners are negligent and only care about staging photos and making money off young families who live here. Things are not as they seem from the photos , BE AWARE."
