"The positives ~ • I appreciated that they took my form of payment, Cash. • The room appeared clean enough. • The TV worked well. • The management was attentive when we couldn't figure out the TV. Ended up the remote wasn't working. Now, on to the less than lovely issues ~ • The room was very run down; it needs some TLC, paint & updating. • It also needs some type of proper window treatments, other than white sheets & packing tape, clear around both windows. • There were cigarette burns, in this NON-smoking room, on furniture & on the bathroom counter. • There were also cigarette burn holes all over the bed spread. • There was NO mirror in the bathroom. • There's NO telephone, so when I couldn't figure out the TV, I had to walk across the parking lot & buzz for some help @ the window. • There was NO way to securely lock myself in the room. The dead bolt was not lined up properly to work, with NO secondary security latch. • I did have an uninvited guest when I woke up. He scurried away when the light came on. • One final issue...outside the rooms, every couple of parking spots, there's a square that is sunken, about ¾ of an inch. This causes a pretty severe trip hazard, especially for the disabled, like me. Thanks for listening..."

"Room smelled like cigarettes. The toilets broke we had 2 rooms. Drug infested lady in parking lot was hitting drug pipe right in front of us. Bathroom had nasty cigarette burns all on it. Pillows under the pillow case was so black n nasty and smelly. I had to ask for clean sheets to sleep under to kill the funky smell on the pillows and the room. Had keep the bathroom open and window so don't have asthma attack. Just nasty. Shower curtain had mildew all on it."

"Not my favorite place, but the staff are friendly, but sometimes it can be loud with drama. They do offer rooms with a jacuzzi. There's 2 of these types of rooms. They typically get rented early in the day, so go early for better chances of getting one. Ive never had a room with bugs or anything wrong or broken."
