"I’ve stayed here for close to 3 years now, and am only leaving to move into a home. During my stay here, the support staff and maintenance crew have been great throughout. They’ve maintained the same staff for consistency in terms of interaction, and this also has allowed them to foster a better rapport with the tenants. The price point at this location, for what you get, is the best deal going. The trade off here is no shared amenities for more personal space, whereas some of the other luxury units are offering small studios for comparable prices to the much larger one bedrooms here. At the Hive, you have 3 different grocery stores within a few blocks, and an absurd amount of fantastic restaurants all within a tight radius. You’re only about 4 blocks from BART to boot. Now, with this central uptown location, it does come with a noise drawback. People can be overheard passing by on the sidewalks especially on the weekends (though this is moreso a problem for the first floor units), and First Fridays do make traffic/noise in the area worse."

"While I didn’t end up renting at either the Rasa or the Mason I was very pleased with the experience I had with Nesi who showed me around. I even went back a second time to look again but ended up choosing another property. I liked how close these were to all the action, restaurants, etc and will have to walk about 10 minutes to get to all the fun, but the building I picked does have a pool, hot tub and was a little bit newer. I would definitely consider renting here in the future based on the location and the great service from the leasing team."

"I lived at Mason at Hive for seven years and if I didn't leave town I'd still be there. My third floor apartment was spacious and light, with high ceilings, south-facing windows and a balcony. I've had good experiences with the maintenance staff too, and while all new construction has its minor issues I didn't have any significant problems. I only wished it had elevators and A/C!"
