"Terrible management. I had a serious issue preventing my apartment from being livable. The management was unreachable to fix the problem. I tried to give them notice. They were unavailable to receive it. Then they wanted me to pay for 3 months rent after I had left. Just the worst."

"Scheduled an appointment at 10 am, no one answered my call at the time. The manager texted at 10:05 and told me there was some issue. We rescheduled to 3 pm, she didn’t make it again!"

"I came today for my appointment at 10am. I waited in the lobby patiently and did not see anyone arrive. 10 mins go by and i decide to finally call someone. They asked me if i had an appointment which i made on tuesday. The person who answered me had to call me back. When they called me back they said the person who was supposed to tour me had an emergency and if i could please wait 5 minutes. It was 10:20 by this time. I did say i would wait but i thought it was too long of a wait already since i had been there since 9:50am. I passed up someone named Brittany on the sidewalk and she was the rudest person. She told me that she didnt know who i booked an appointment with but that the person who does that does not work friday or this weekend. I said oh ok yes i think im going to pass on seeing the apartment. She then looked at me and said "i came to show you the apartments but your going to leave" which i then said yea sorry and she just walked away from me annoyed that i was leaving. You asked me to wait 5 minutes but dont know how annoyed i was to have gotten there early and to have someone pass me on the street and treat me like this. Very horrible service. No respect for peoples time. Do not recommend."

"The community is safe, quite, nice and close to everything. And the community associate Roma is quick responsive and willing to help tenants to resolve issues. Highly recommended if you commute nearby."
