But best of all is the location -- just half a block away from the Alameda Beach and running trails. And just like most other place in Alameda, it's very quiet. Also, the property managers (Maricela and Jennifer) and the maintenance manager (Leo) are fantastic and super responsive to all maintenance requests (usually done within 1 business day)."

"The assistant manager Maricela Yee is very unprofessional and sends unprofessional emails to her employees about me and forgot to take me off the email & sent it to me. Hung up on me when I called to talk to her Manager about the situation. Very very rude and unprofessional."
