"Very pleased with the size of the room but disappointed with lack of storage space like a dresser. For those staying for extended time periods this is very inconvenient. Been staying in different ESA hotels the past two years and this is the first one I have stayed without storage space. The kitchenette is excellent and spacious. For a hotel by the airport, it is very quiet!!"

"I was impressed with the exceptional service provided by Erin. Erin is always willing to help, attentive and anticipates guest needs. She is welcoming and kind even when she is busy. Erin is truly an asset to this location. Greg who works in the morning is really nice too. He even brought fresh towels to my room. Nick, maintenance employee was also eager and fast to help us when we had some maintenance concerns. Azit, the Manager was always very helpful and responsive to my needs. He responds immediately to concerns. This location has a clean lobby, elevator, breakfast area and room unlike the Extended Stay in Marina Village, Alameda that is filthy with foul smelling carpet. We stayed for 2 weeks at ESA Marina Village and it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The lobby floors, elevator was disgustingly smelly and dirty. The bathroom has bugs. They won’t clean the room even if we booked the room for more than 2 weeks. Employees are hostile, inattentive and impolite. Avoid this place! BOOK at South Loop Alameda for better hotel experience!"

"5 stars for me! The check in was smooth and they even were helpful when I had to alter my reservation. It was clean, I was there a week and a half and never saw a rodent, the trash rooms were clean and no smell and the room was nice and spacious with a couch and a recliner. I only left because I found a rental that would save me money over my 3 month stay. I would stay again."

"This hotel has to be the worst one I’ve stayed traveling for business. They don’t have room service weekly or daily so if your there for more then a week you will be stuck with the same things until you leave.. my shower didn’t work when I first got there so I had to wait a day for that.. the elevator is out most of the time so not lazy but had to carry my things up and down the stairs every day..they don’t take garbage or anything until you call and ask. The room was ok but my tv also kept going out when the service was bad"

"Coming from a germaphobe I can homes say this place was very clean. It safe and the location is super convenient. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but Gregory at the front desk was exemplary and went above and beyond the ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The only complaint that I have is that the hotel charges a daily pet fee that was not listed in the description when I booked my stay. So be prepared to pay extra if you’re bringing your fur baby."
