"There are a lot of hidden issues in this apartment building. If you're thinking of renting, ask them to show you the laundry room and look inside the washer/dryer machines. The smell alone will have you thinking twice. Pull back the rubber part of the machines a bit, and I guarantee you won't want to live here. Building management can never be reached. The people that pick up the phone at the number listed are rude and unhelpful. There are issues we had from the beginning of our lease that NEVER got addressed or even responded to. Just a really poorly run place."

Third of the building is vacant. Half the tenants are gross. Backyards nasty and just horrible way to run a building. Laundry room nasty and machines never clean"
