"It is what it is. City subsidized housing in pricey Union square, can't beat that. That monthly habitability inspection is kind of intrusive but the rent is good and nobody really messes with anybody. we're really lucky to have the location we do. Some neighbors are borderline 5150 but nobody wants to hurt anybody."
