"Booked this motel since Sept 2022. I’ve wanted to cancel once I realized the conditions. Waited to check in June 2023 but couldn’t bring myself to stay. I requested an exception. It was a no. It an abuse of the no cancellation policy. I feel bamboozled out of $280."

"If you're looking for an in room jacuzzi, room service or turndown service with a mint on your pillow. Don't come here. But if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay to just sleep and then go do what you came to San Francisco to do, this is the place. Sure, it's not the best neighborhood but the locals can be colorful and the room was clean, you'll share the toilet but you get your own sink. But you better be in shape cuz there's no elevator and you'll probably end up on the 3rd floor. But like I said it's cheap and the place was clean."

"Place is not horrible but its not the best place either. What affects it the most is the fact that they’re located in not the best area of SF. What I liked about it though was its closeness to public transportation, the staff were extremely nice and I felt safe in my stay there. I’m going to be honest, if you want to save a few dollars then stay here, the homeless do not really bother you, they’re minding their own business. Would I stay here again? It wouldn’t be my first choice but if I’m on a budget then yes. You will share the restroom with the rest of the floor, rooms are smallish and bed was not bad. This is just enough needed if you’re not really planning on staying there the whole time but explore the city mainly."
