"Nice hotel! Big rooms, lot of space, desk & chair to work. Not a lot of options for breakfast, but that was tasty. A little noise from a road. First day no one cleaned my room, will see what happened next days. But for sure will stay here in the future!"

"While the hotel itself is great, the restaurant/bar is suspect. If the bartender doesn't come in any night, you're directed across the street to Holiday Inn, where honestly the food and service are WAY better. Shame on you Marriott. Figure your $#@& out. Not a way to treat an Ambassador member of your chain."

"Only two stars because of the newer facility. Service leaves a lot to be desired! There’s a bar, but not open, front desk claims don’t know if and when bartender will be there… no coffee in the lobby or coffee was leftover from the morning and never replenished. Front desk doesn’t know where the remote is to change channels of the TV in the lobby area… no housekeeping service. I was lucky I saw the maid out on my floor and got some extra supplies I needed…. Staff at this hotel just don’t care?? Well, this has been a less than desirable experience for Marriott. Hope the management makes some changes. Lots of other options, we will avoid is Marriott location in the future."

"We've been to other Springhill Suites but this one was pretty nice! Big lobby with plenty of seating that has a bar for evening special events. Lobby area has a gas fireplace that was nice with seating within proximity. It overlooked the pool/sauna area. Loved the fact that there was a restroom near the sauna. Very practical! Gym has a decent size area, with weights, benches and a weight/pully station. Water machine to drink from, 3-4 treadmills and 2 elliptical machines. Towels were available to use after working out. Next tothe gym is a small laundry area with a folding table, and 2 washing machines and 2 dryers that you can operate using a QR scan system for payment or using quarters. Staff at Check-in/Check-out were great! If we had a problem, they were efficient in correcting it. Much appreciated! Thank you to our breakfast attendants for putting out a variety of breakfast fares! To the housekeepers, you work hard and we appreciated you keeping our room tidy, and refreshed our towel supply. And to the pool/groundskeeper/maintenance man, Hernan, thank you for your help and your smiles and conversation! Senior Steve, appreciated you! Would definitely, consider staying here again! Thanks so much for everything!"

"Hotel rooms are fine but they don't clean the room. I stay for 8 days and my towels were replaced only one time. They also don't change the bedsheets. I asked at reception in the morning and was told my room was due for full cleaning service today after not having service for 6 days and I arrive back from work and my room is once again not cleaned. 1 room service in 8 days is really not acceptable. The hotel bar is also closed and they don't have any food options. The breakfast is extremely bad. It's the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel and eaten with plastic disposable plate and cutlery. I would not recommend this hotel."
