"I just had a very disappointing phone call with the operator, which I did not get any help at all. Or in other words, he had zero intentions in helping me so that I have to look another place to stay. I was trying to ask if I have an option to check in at 8am and check out at 5pm in the same day. You know the response I got, he said “well, if you wanna check in at 8am, I’m just not sure the room will be clean…” wow! Very impressive customer service"

"very nice hotel friendly staff with clean and quiet rooms. I have a personal complaint about the pillows. They are really thick and a medium firm which made it a bit difficult for me cause I sleep on my stomach and there only seems to be one type of pillow hut other than that it was a very pleasant stay both times I have visited."

"I've stayed this location three times now, twice during covid and once recently. They do not do housekeeping during your stay, but that's typically not an issue if you don't live like a slob. Friendly staff and a decent restaurant and bar."

"Executive - King room at Sonesta San Jose - Milpitas during a business trip, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The room itself was comfortable and met my expectations. The only drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, but it was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of choices to start the day right. Would recommend for a comfortable stay."

"My stay was more than pleasant! Gilbert was excellent the morning of my check out. It’s in a great location because their shuttle driver is able to take you within 3 mile radius and the outlet was super close. I did a little shopping since I had the time and Cris, the driver was also super helpful and informative when it came to driving you to your destination and letting you know of places to eat around here. I slept like never before and got complete rest and ready for my long day ahead this Wednesday at 6am. Thank you Sonesta and to Gilbert and Cris and also the Chicken entree in the restaurant is my fave! Thank you!"
