"Worst management, they don’t care about the maintenance or security. In past 6 months at least 40 plus cars have had their all four wheel stolen at night time and the management won’t even listen to anyone about hiring security patrol. Very unsafe to leave cars in the parking lot."

"Do not believe those fake 5 star reviews! Just run far away from this place. Don’t ever consider moving here. Equity residential doesn’t give a crap about maintaining this community or your experience living here and especially not your safety. This place is dirty with garbage everywhere, infested with pests, overpriced and they restrict amenities, and they find any way to charge you and increase your rent to the max each year. Packages are stolen daily, vehicles are stolen or vandalized, gym is a joke (dirty, broken machines, kids running everywhere, weights get stolen), most neighbors are noisy and not courteous, it’s just not worth it at all and I sincerely regret moving here. I dislike it more every day!! Can’t wait until my lease is up as I will not be renewing it. DONT MOVE HERE. First impressions will fool you."

"The conditions are inhabitable and they have worsened over the last year (extreme security concerns). At least 5 Vehicles Break-Ins/Theft/Tires Stolen in the last 30 days itself. Please do not come under the influence of their sweet charms when signing a lease. Save yourself a havoc by not living here! Can't give 0 star."

"Araceli (Sally) at the office is very helpful and she is very professional. She goes out of her way to help residents all the time. Joel the manager is also very nice and helpful. I would rate them 10 stars."

"Good community for parents with kids as the schools are around and Milpitas has one of the finest schools. We lived here for more than 2 years. Thumbs up for location, right off 880 so makes it easier to jump on the highway. Also, everything is pretty much near by. Some staff members of mill creek are very kind and some are rude. It’s a big community so sometimes you don’t get immediate assistance if something in your apartment needs service, although they have an excellent service staff, you can submit a service request through an app which is great. Parking is a headache here, you have to pay monthly for each parking spot you get, 25$ for covered and 40$ for uncovered, you don’t get any spot for free but you can reserve more than one for the costs mentioned above. There’s literally no parking for visitors even though there are dedicated visitors spot parking available, some community people park there and they never get towed. So we had a terrible situation whenever someone comes to visit us. You do have to request a parking pass for visitors parking which is easy and seamless and as per rules, you can only park there if you have visitors parking pass as you have to put parking pass I’d on the dashboard, I have seen many cars parked there without the permit and they don’t take any action so yes good luck with parking when someone comes to visit you, you will have to worry finding a spot when none is Available. You pay 50$+ for trash monthly, and the trash is always flooding, see the picture attached. I have seen people outside of community dump their trash there. Utilities are insanely highly priced, we used to pay $175 for family of two for sewer, water, trash and water heating, this excludes electricity. What’s interesting is, the water bill gets split evenly across units in building so even if you are away and on vacation, you will pay for others water usage, we were very disappointed by this and it’s not fair to the tenant to pay for water if they aren’t using it (meaning they are on vacation or away). Gym is available on premise which is great. The units are well designed and maintained by the maintenance staff. Oscar was my favorite, very kind and polite so as all other service members are."
