"I checked in for one night in this hotel and charged me parking when its says outside parking is included. At 08:42am in the morning while me and my husband laying in bed there's someone trying to open the door how many times, not even once or twice, when they already know the deadbolt is on. My husband walk toward the doir to see whot it was since its so early and someone trying to open the door not even knocking is so weird. So I called the front desk to complain and ask whos trying to open our door early in the morning and she said sarcastically I dont know and asking me why would they open our door, I responded thats what im calling for. Then she said its probably the housekeeping because its time to clean/check the room, i told her at 08:42am and when we're only here for one night and our check out time is at 11am? Frontdesk(Stephanie)hang up on me. Is this why theres alot of bad reviews about the employees giving out occupied room keys to guest because theyre lack of training professionally and their job. I didnt pay almost $200 to get this kind of service. Instead of apologizing and find out what happened they would hang up and pretend nothing happened. The hotel is nice and clean but just the employees are lacking professionalism and training with their jobs."

"In the 3 days I was there, I changed my rooms 3 times. During check-in, they receptionist gave me a room key and when I get to the room, there are already ppl in my room... They checked strangers into the room and said my company booked the room for me and those my roommates. Then for breakfast (which is $30), I tried taking my food to my room and the waiter said it was okay to do so. But when I came back to get some juice, he scolded me saying I'm not allowed to take room into my room... Bruh be fr. Then I had to switch to another room, because the couple next to me decided to have s*x at 11 pm (which isn't the hotel's fault, but it's still annoying.). In the 3 nights I was there, I was always on edge and thinking someone will enter my room because the receptionist carelessly gives out room keys."

"Well maintained, decent space, nice pool view rooms. Service can be improved, drinking water machines not working, water bottles are on sale."

"Business trip to San Jose for just over a week. A very good stay and would recommend the hotel. My room on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was quiet, bright with natural light, clean and spacious. Wifi is fast and free. Great coffee machine in the room with complimentary capsules. Hotel staff were helpful when approached. The surrounding area to the hotel was safe and clean. Quiet area. You will need a car to get around and access shops and restaurants. Great overall price performance. I will be staying again."

"Stayed here while visiting a Client’s HQ. Hotel staff were amazing. Especially Ellani (so?). She was such a gracious bar and breakfast host. The hotel was very busy, with lots of travelers. The room was big and loved the separate sleeping quarters. Could use some upgrades to towels, linens. Breakfast selections were nice and well cooked. Overall I’d stay here again."
