"I went there for a meeting about a job, and the front desk staff were nice, but the layout was awesome! The general commonplace area had lots of seating, was nice and clean, and had vending machines available. I wish I had gotten to stay in one of the rooms! Maybe next time..."

"This place is absolute garbage if you want to get any sort of sleep. As an airline pilot, sleep is important. Was put on the second floor, this hotel has ZERO insulation. You can hear doors slamming from the hallway and up above you. Terrible experience, this is why Hilton hotels are better. Will make sure my company knows not to contract this hotel. Massive improvements needed"

"Great travel hotel located near the train station and the great mall and a great option when working in the valley. I’ve stayed here multiple times and have to say it’s a great option. Breakfast and meals are convenient and always freshly made, rooms are good for the price and location is great. Parking on site is safe and with the mall nearby it’s convenient. Only draw back can be the dry air pumped out by the air con or heater which can be stifling sometimes but part of that is my not being use to it. Good location to stay and great staff."

"Stayed here for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is convenient for travel in the San Jose area. It was surprisingly quiet given the proximity to major streets - much better than the hotels near the airport. The room was adequate, but the furniture is starting to get long in the tooth and could use replacement (see photos)."

"I can not give enough praise for the staff, service, cleanliness and comfort of our room. The location was not where we intended to stay during our vacation in the Bay Area- but we ended up booking the rest of our trip here after arriving. We had a hellish full day of travel hiccups and when we arrived at the hotel we originally booked -we realized immediately we would not be able to sleep on the poor excuse for a mattress. We visited in person 3 other area hotels explaining what we were looking for and the attitudes of the employees were questionable at best. Walking into the Courtyard Marriott we were greeted with smiles, courtesy , empathy and assisted quickly. The pool and palm tree view from our room patio was a great tension reliever. The room was spotlessly clean, a nice comfortable size with plush mattresses and the shower had amazing water pressure too! The beds were extremely comfortable and the atmosphere was just relaxing overall. We were so happy after our first night that we immediately reserved the rest of our stay here- even though the location was not very central to our visit and plans- but very worth that compromise!!!"
