"The hotel accommodations were fine and location was close to the airport. However, the hotel advertises a shuttle but actually uses lyft. this was problematic as we were traveling with small children and car seats. The way to the airport was fine, but the way back was a nightmare! The staff at the hotel was so rude and unhelpful. took a half hour for the lyft to show up. The staff at the hotel didn't tell us the lyft had a different pickup location! They got a car that was too small and sent it far from where we were. We ended up taking a taxi. It add over an hour to our travel with 2 small children and my elderly mother. it was terrible! Would not recommend park and ride with them!"

"Needed hotel close to the airport because of an early flight and did not want to fight traffic. Clean and comfortable with good hot shower. Very close to airport with complementary Lyft for hotel guests. That was very nice since many hotels no longer have airport shuttles. Reasonable incidental. Would definitely stay again!!!!!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. I unfortunately caught covid while I was visiting the area. The staff was very accommodating, and brought food to my room, so I wouldn't spread it to anyone else. The location is not that bad. I felt safe there, although it could be a bit better. That's outside the hotel's control though. Overall, I would stay here again."

"A good stay and value. I was in a "well-being" room or some such thing. It was worth it for me - top floor (3rd) and quiet (away from elevators, ice machine and road). Their little bistro is decent but understaffed. You are in a bit of a food desert. The pillows were way too firm for me and the shower wasn't hot enough. But the room was clean and spacious."
