"The rooms are decent. The hotel does look run down through the hall. I like that there are lots of access doors into the building. Double check your windows before settling in. We were on the first floor and our window would not lock. It was clearly broken so we switched rooms. Good location with lots of food options in the area."

"It was nice, quiet and comfortable and clean. The price was $134 for 2 beds, not bad for being Chrisman Eve with no reservation, across the street from a restaurant bar, and a casino. Highly recommend"

"Due to unsafe driving conditions I5 northbound was closed causing my husband and I to find a hotel for the evening. We are IHG members and always try to stay at Holiday Inn/ Expresses. We chose this location as it had a restaurant on-site. I really should have read the reviews before booking. Don't get me wrong the front desk ladies were very welcoming however the restaurant was closed for "renovations" that night but would be open in the morning for breakfast?! The rooms were large BUT this is a big but.. this hotel is really run down, old, and dirty. The hallways were filthy, room numbers taped to the walls and we had stains on our bedding. If we didn't just pay $188 for the night I would have left. Unfortunately I would only recommend this hotel if you were in a bind. There is another Holiday Inn Express just down the road. This is the 1st IHG hotel we've ever stayed at that was this run down and dirty."

"Never again. What a dump! The Wi-Fi didn’t work. There was an unrecognizable foul smell. There was loud construction right across the hall from our room. They double charged us for the room. No continental breakfast. The halls and interior were quite dirty. The furniture was broken and the microwave smelled like it was burning when turned on. The front of the hotel was fine, but the room was in the back overlooking the trash that was piled up in the parking lot. Then the receptionist wouldn’t give us paperwork with the charges when we left. Supposed to have stayed 3 nights but left after the first. Hope you’re reading this BEFORE you book a room and reconsider doing so. Had I known how awful this place was going to be we would’ve just slept in the car, it’s that bad. Corporate, if you’re reading, this location is a stain on your reputation."

"No hot water in the shower and no maintenance on weekends to fix it...they offer us a lesser room with no monetary adjustment..no free breakfast..the room they showed me was old and dated...Red lion is better. If they would have fixed the shower it would have been nice."
