"This store must lose thousands of dollars a day just due to laziness. After four trips here of attempting to buy multiple pair of shoes, I have yet to find an employee who can be bothered to even ask you if you need help. Save yourself the time, if you’re in Wisconsin just drive to Greenbay and stop at the shoe stores there. This is the worst footlocker I’ve ever been at. I wish I could leave zero stars."
"Don't expect to get service of any kind at this store. We've come to this foot locker 3 times in the last week in search of shoes. Every single time, we walked out empty handed because there's ZERO customer service. We were in there twice in one day and still nothing. 5 workers and not one of them acknowledges that you're in there."

"I went to this footlocker looking for another pair of basketball shoes, I went in found the ones I wanted then I asked the worker if she could get them for me and she said yeah hold on and it took like 5 mins for me to get the shoes.. I tried on the shoes and they weren’t my size (I didn’t notice) and so I bought them. It says my size on the box but on the shoe it says a different size. Lazy workers."
