"I had a terrible experience today with the staff at this store. I was kindly greeted, and told about specials. My fiancé soon followed in after me, and she got the stare down, like she had a smell about her. She was informed that there was no access to the mall from the store due to COVID. One staff me ever asked who was to be watching the door my fiancé entered. This was a very uncomfortable experience, and on the way out I did let the two staff members know that their lack of respect cost the store a much larger sale. I love their clothes, but everyone deserves respect, and if it not offered to everyone that is a 0/5 stars for me. DO BETTER"
