"I placed an online order, online it says it’ll take 2 hours to be ready, I go in 5 hours later and no update so they told me to wait 30 minutes just to cancel my order. not sure why I had to wait, just go check and tell me it’s out of stock."

If i go there again I will confront the several employees that were gossiping and making faces towards me and my boyfriend and will be sure to speak to a manager. "I love the aerie brand for a variety of reasons and I'm glad there's a stand-alone store here in Milwaukee. I've exclusively bought their bras for the past few years and they always have great deals on them. The staff in the store is pretty helpful, but the policies seem a little different depending on who you ask. A few times I've returned some things I purchased online and the sales associate has told me that they have something called a "happy hour" after a return. That's where you get an additional percentage off any purchase ON TOP of sales and promos. However other times I've returned things and haven't been offered this deal. My only complaint about this store is that it's somewhat small. They don't have as many options and varieties of products as other stores, and sometimes the wait for a fitting room is insanely long. Visit if you need to try something on to verify a size or fit, but then make sure you check online to see if they have a better promo or more color options available."
"My order came in two days earlier and everything fit perfectly! The employees were so nice as well. I had purchased a pair of pajama bottoms and when I got home, I noticed that there was a small hole in the knee, so, I went back to the store and they exchanged them for a new pair with no questions asked!"
