"Drove 40 minutes to get to the Mayfair collection store. There business page said they opened at 10am I get there at 10:30 and they aren't open sign says 11am. Evidently it's too much bother to update their hours, but their customers can be inconvenienced by this? We must have nothing better to do than wait in the parking lot. Thanks Torrid for not caring enough."
