"I went shopping and sign said everything 50% off. Get to counter and well not everything. Maybe I read Ad sign wrong but either way it was meant to draw me in to buy. A sweat shirt costs 79.00!! No way, I walked out."
"I made a purchase on 3/29 for 5 items back when Covid had just started to fully hit. My father is very high risk and recently recovered from cancer. Our nearest loft was an hour away and we were not making any unnecessary outings for his health safety during this pandemic. We finally felt comfortable to go to the store and return 2 of the 5 items and they wouldn’t give us our full credit back. Even though there was a pandemic and my father was high risk. I called customer service and she said there is nothing she can do. I requested to speak to her manager as I could not believe with a pandemic they would have such a terrible policy that doesn’t consider the safety of their costumers. Instead of transferring my call she hung up. I will never shop at LOFT ever again and hope no one supports a company with values like this. I wish I hadn’t kept any of my purchase."
"Contemporary Misses clothing gor work abd play at a good price point . Sales and Sale rack are very good, ample Fitting Rooms-the Store was bright and clean on the day I visited."
"The cashier was very unfriendly. So much so that I forgot that I needed to do two separate transactions because I was purchasing a gift and wanted to keep it separate. I've not previously had a bad experience but this really disappointed me."
