"Went here to pick up an online order that was set to in store pick up. The girl at the counter refused to give me my item saying it was in the curbside pickup area and I would need to get in my car and drive there or I would have to wait for her to be done with all her other customers and then she would get the item from me. I told her that the order was sent to in-store pickup as indicated in the email and that she should get me my item and she said that I had to wait for her to be done with everyone else. I told her it didn't matter how many customers she had had waiting I was ahead of them all and she had to get my item. If Target put it in the wrong area that's not my fault. She proceeded to argue with me with a bunch of nonsense. I tried to cancel the order then and it would not allow me and I tried calling the store and after the phone just kept ringing and raining and raining and then they hung up on me. I would like a manager to reach out to me to resolve the issue I was treated was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional."
"I come to this target often and the costumer service has generally always been bad. However this time during a drive up order I sat there for 45 minutes watching person after person get their orders for only waiting for 5 minutes. Apparently a lazy employee canceled my order for no reason."
"I go to this location so much that I forget to leave a review. Todays visit after all the renovations was fantastic!!! I found what I needed and the employees greeted me throughout the store. Target’s air is really fresh. I don’t cough upon entering the store. Not only did I find what I needed, the inviting displays caused me to buy a little extras…haha. The beauty area had a lot of makeup nicely displayed with “try me.”"
"I really had to ask myself is bad customer service is here to stay? I waited more that 5 min. at the Customer Service Desk after several staff walked past the Customer Service Desk. There were 3 of us waiting. Then had a clerk tell me that she didn't have to look at me when I asked for a Mgr. Couldn't hear her because she didn't look at me. She told me she didn't have to look at me! It hurt my feelings really. I'm old school and was taken back when she said this to me. It felt really disrespectful."
