"The website clearly states “Order online, pickup today.” I placed an online pickup order for 4 items at 12:25pm (noon). At 8:25pm I finally called to ask, was put on hold and then told that “she’s working on it”. Literally every other store in the world has this process down to like 45 minutes. Nice job guys."

"Manager John is not suited to be in a management or customer service related role. He has neither ability. We were treated extremely rudely and belittled by this man. It was very busy, but no excuse to talk to your new employee or my wife in the manner that you did. You left your poor new employee out to dry with helping us with a return. We felt so bad for her. I also don’t believe a manager should be wearing an extremely old Metallica t shirt and sagging pants to the point of seeing underwear AND skin."

"I get most of my art supplies from Michael's. Unlike their competition that I'm not gonna name, they have a great variety of brands to choose from. The paper quality is great. Most of all. I love the 30-40% discount coupon I get after almost every purchase. Watercolor paper that should have cost me $60 was only $36 at times."
