"I just wanted to know if they had dishwasher salt in stock. I saw it when i bought my dishwasher. Apparently they will NOT let you talk to anyone at the store...and it wont come up in their online system. It took me 35min on hold to reach someone in India who had a tough accent to understand-- who wanted all my information before they would even talk to me-- only to tell me I have to go to the store to see if its in stock. This is absurd. F-you best buy, I'm cancelling my card."

"By far the worst best buy I have ever been. Customer service is horrible and often times can be rude or sell you the wrong product. I wanted to leave a review to spread awareness. Lately I’ve noticed they’re selling items that have already been open and returned by customers which isn’t allowed unless they state it’s open box. This has happened twice in one week. Items were monitor and a printer. Clearly both had been opened but was sold to me as new. Please double check when buying from this location."

"Went to pick up an item was not ready for pickup. Now we have to make another hour trip. Better get a better discount for travel time. Went to pick up today brought home and this is what we received. Not happy. Better get a refund. Update new stove coming January 2nd. Still unexceptable in my opinion. Update. New stove delivered today also has a dent. Not happy for the price you pay."

"If I could leave 0 I would. Bought a TV on cyber Monday, went in today to see if can pick it up instead of delivery. Man helping me said he could make that happen. Canceled my order and told me that I can just buy it again at same price. Now I’ve been told 5 different waiting times for me to get my refund. I didn’t agree to getting charged twice, I simply wanted to know if I can pick it up instead of waiting for delivery. All the said was sorry and told me there’s nothing they can do. Called several times to speak to a manager and apparently I can’t speak to a manager. As a business owner terrible customer service and I will be spreading the word people who don’t know what they’re doing work here. They don’t care about their customers."

"Arrived mid day intending to purchase a smart phone. Unfortunately the "new" Best Buy only has one person working the entire sales floor, until 5:00 pm. Had to sign in to a queue for assistance. I could see on the screen the person ahead of me in the queue had already been waiting 20 minutes. I headed out the door. They did have three people working the returns desk, with a line of return customers. Maybe that should tell us something."
