"DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! The experience was so bad I’m leaving 2 reviews because he deserves negative 5 stars. He’s a scam artist who acts like he is an appliance repair tech. He picked a vacant buildings address that was closed because of flood damage so you can’t go find him when he breaks your appliance. He’s careless & will damage anything in the area of where he’s “working”. He lies when he says he will call you back & never answers his phone. I really think he tries to make a living by charging people a service change of $180 & never does anything. Any positive reviews are obviously him or his friends & family. *Update*…I called again yesterday 11/27 & he answered. He gave me the run around saying he has been trying to find a replacement glass top which is a lie. The day at my house it was said the burner element that went out wasn’t made anymore so we couldn’t repair it & he was going to “check with his insurance company to reimburse us for breaking the glass”. Then I told him to just give me $200/$300 for the damage to go to a new cooktop. He said he’d do that but I would need to send him an email with my name, address & phone number & it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get me a check. Since this was another stall tactic I told him to forget it & told him what I thought about him & hung up. Seriously, hire this scam artist at your own risk."

"Absolutely nothing professional about this guy. Doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't show up when he says he will. And did not diagnose my dryer problem correctly. He installed a new heating element for $400, but the $5 setting knob was the issue!!!!"

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I wouldn’t let him pay me to fix anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. We have a glass cooktop that’s inserted in the countertop & one burner stopped working. He showed up in a personal vehicle, not a company vehicle, that was my 1st clue something was wrong. He pried the cooktop out of the counter using a screwdriver & no padding on the countertop. You’re supposed to push the cooktop out from the bottom. He tips it up on its side & is sliding the edges all over the countertops with still no protection & was banging the cooktop on the wall & backsplash to the left that holds the oven. I grab a towel & slide it under the cooktop onto the counter. He tests the burner element & it’s bad. He searches for a replacement & says it’s not made anymore (which is true). He goes to put the cooktop back into the counter & again is sliding the edges all over the countertop & banging it into the wall. The glass cooktop breaks. He says “that’s never happened to me before” at least 3 times. I ask “now what”? He says “maybe insurance”? I say “NO! Not my insurance! He says “no, I’ll have to check if ours will cover this”. Unbelievable! I knew right away his insurance comment was a stall tactic to get out of my house rather than doing the ethical thing & at least offering some money for his carelessness. Then he says “I won’t charge you for a service call”, WOW!!! He said I will get a call the next day. He leaves & then I go look around the area of the cooktop & notice a bunch of scratches all over the countertops & a gouge on the backsplash. And I’m still waiting for a call…I’ve called numerous times. I left one message but don’t leave any more because it’s the same every call, “please leave a message with 2 return phone numbers. Why 2? Most people only have mobile phones today. Some people live alone & don’t have another phone number in their household. And why 7 phone numbers on his website that all get forwarded to cell phone? SCAM! Then I drive to the address listed on the internet, 1502 Greenway Cross-it’s a building that appears vacant. I come across a woman cleaning an adjacent building & she tells me it was flooded a long time ago & there’s no businesses operating from this address & she never remembers an Appliance repair business there. What, he picked a vacant building as his business address to look legit? I have his license plate on my video & I have him entering & exiting my home on video. The police have been notified & I’ll be contacting the BBB unless he has some ethics & does the right thing. Now, I’m sure he’ll respond to this as he has other bad reviews & says it wasn’t him, or “things happen” or he’ll have some other lame excuse in his sorry defense."

"Please read this before you hire this company. Our LG refrigerator broke, a representative from this company assured us he could fix it and we didn't need to buy a new one. He told us he had fixed LG machines 'over 800 times' and that the repair would lead to the refrigerator lasting another '10 to 15 years.' Over the course of about three weeks, he completely and utterly failed to repair the refrigerator. He was very hard to contact and on at least one occasion simply failed to show up when he said he would. We moved appointments, moved food to coolers, and incurred a number of expenses because of his inability to fix the machine. He had a different reason each time why his repairs were unsuccessful. We ultimately gave up on him and his ability to repair the refrigerator when he tried unsuccessfully 4 times. We asked for a partial return of the exorbitant fee he charged us, and he has not responded. Please consider other options before you hire this company."
