"Horrible service ! I wanted to return something, I was been told they could come to my house to pick up as I bought them online and paid shipping fee. Which was nice, I don’t need to travel, but the I wasted 2 days waiting for them to come, the first day, I waited all day time, no one showed up, I contacted Home Depot, they said their truck has an issue, they had to return back to the store, BUT, is it difficult to message me or call me, update the status for me, so I did not have to stay at home waiting for them…. Speechless. The second time, I was been told, they would make sure they will get this pick up done on time, then I waited at home all day again, at night, I contacted Home Depot again, because I had not seen anyone came to my house, then they said they attempted to pick up, HOW? I was at home from 6:00 am, all day long, no one messaged / called me, no one knocked my door or pressed my doorbell, I have a smart door bell, there is videos as record. How did they attempt, I was so upset about their service, horrible, then that night, I carry all my items that I want to return back to the store…now I am waiting for my refund. Home Depot this store! SUCKS"

"I was immediately impressed at how extensive their in-store inventory was for almost every section from lighting, plumbing, appliances, hardware, power tools, electrical, tiles, carpet, and wood products. They also have so many in-house services for customizing products which I found to be a real selling point. I was surprised how many indoor/outdoor security devices they had including products by Ring, Google, and Blink. The staff are extremely proactive in making sure you find everything you need. They even went out of their way to say to keep pets away from the south wall because of the pesticides - which was greatly appreciated. This is a great location to complete any project and to walk your pet."

"We ordered our countertops here and the company they contract out to was AWFUL and completely messed up multiple times and Home Depot was no help, I tried calling both this store and corporate and neither offered any assistance. We then had to follow up multiple times to try to get any sort of refund for the trouble and the managers kept saying they’d call back after checking and never would. I’d have to reach back out and get a new manager and start all over. Awful experience."

"This Home Depot store is as you would expect for a Home Depot (well stocked, clean, employees available to assist) and is located in a easy to access shopping area. A bonus for this Home Depot is that they have a food cart that may be operating when you're there."

"This Home Depot has a ton of helpful staff! It's my place of choice for all home renovations due to proximity to my house, and the prices. I had to dock 1 star because of the shipping experiences we've had. Large orders are usually just fine, the shipping crews are plenty happy to accommodate forklifting it to your garage for example. But if you add threshold delivery on any orders, beware that Home Depot's shipping crews will refuse to do it (even if the store staff may say otherwise, and even if you pay for it). Home Depot needs to not advertise threshold delivery if they won't bring it into your house! Also, we had 2 attempts by the crews to deliver a sliding glass mirror door for our closet. Both times, they broke the mirrors on their delivery, and we had to call multiple times to get them to take it back (we didn't want to touch the shattered mirror doors ourselves!) So I'd also recommend against ordering anything fragile for delivery like large mirrors. Otherwise, AWESOME store, Erik is one of my favorite employees there (always super helpful), but spending so much time on this renovation I'm doing, I've started to feel like much of the Home Depot store staff are like a second family :) Cheers all!
