"Unless you are ordering suits multiple months out, this business is too disorganized to meet your needs. We went in to get a suit for my brother and needed a rush order. Employee said it was no problem and they could get it here. We paid for rush shipping, and when we called the next week the suit wasn’t in. Instead of the employees contacting us to give us updates, we had to frantically call around trying to get answers every. single. time. They gave us excuses and pushed back the expected order date one day at a time until the event we needed it for arrived. My brother was even prepared to take off extra work to get in for a fitting. This runaround meant they not only failed to get the suit, but boxed us in so we didn’t have time to order elsewhere. They said the store missed a delivery (morning of) and that “they had the tracking number,” but to my knowledge they never got it. I honestly question whether it was ever ordered. If they had simply told us it was out of their capabilities to start with we would have found a different business to patronize."
"Maddening experience. Ordered our son a suit (he lives in CA) to usher for a wedding. Paid for rush so it would arrive and he could be fitted Tuesday. Then - and every day since - no suit, no call, new story. Rep says it will arrive, they have a tracking number, no they don’t, it will arrive during the day, it will arrive in the afternoon, it was rejected before mall opened, etc. Between activities, my husband was constantly on the phone seeking answers. We ran out time last evening before an event we were hosting. So here we are: wedding day. No suit AND no other options. He will be wearing a small mismatched suit from high school. Do NOT give these folks your business!"
